'Hexagon'

The work 'Hexagon' from 2020 emerged from my passion for geometric patterns. I started arranging some hexagons in a regular way but soon noticed that the overall pattern gets more interesting, if there is some unregularity. After the basic pattern was setup, I chose some of my favorite own previous artworks and used them to fill the individual shapes. This was intensive work, but definitely worth it. 'Hexagon' is still one of my favorite works.

Printed on 190 g/sqm silk matt fine-art paper with glossy protective laminate. Will be shipped rolled and without frame.
